  1. when i use to play my divx movies they worked great. now since i got my new computer the sound is good but the video is kinda jumpy and its green?
    anyone know how to fix it

    I dont use a pack, I followed the link in the tools section for divx 3.11, 4, 5 and xvid. if i come accross something i can play i check the file and get the required codec. some of those packs contain adware/spyware so be carefull of those.

    Hi,

    I had a similar problem with XVID's. I have found that codec are picky and when intalling the same codec over the same codec and also picky about using old codec's. Codec like the updates.

    What did to fix it was uninstall the nimo's codec pack, which the codec that use for mine sometimes. Then I found out that is still leaves some of the codec's behind so I manually went though and deleted all the divx codec, XVID codec.

    If you decide to intall the nimo's codec do not install ffdshow because nimo uses a older version of ffdshow.

    Another codec pack that I like to use instead of nimo's sometimes is called Gordian Knot, which works well also.
