I recently installed the latest Divx 5 codec and I've been getting a Divx logo for a few seconds in the bottom right side of my converted files. Anybody else get this?

I also discovered that if I frameserve that I don't get the logo.

  2. I think that logo only appears on playback (i.e. when a player is using the new DivX codec as the decoder.)

That's why it doesn't appear when you frameserve.

I don't think it gets hard-encoded into your files or anything.

    cheers,

  3. It can be disabled from the codec config menu on the Quality settings tab.

It's in my mpeg files on playback, but not the frameserved ones.

  6. If you open the divx files directly in your encoder, the encoder sees them as if they were being played normally. Not really sure why frameserving is different though.
