Hello, I'm trying to convert my Half Baked DivX to VCD. When I load it up in GSpot to view the FPS, it shows 30. So I assumed it was 29.976 Video CD NTSC. I loaded that template in TMPGEnc and converted to VCD, but the resulting mpg came out very laggy. The frames just lagged every few seconds. What should I do? Convert to Video CD NTSC Film? Please help me as I need this really quick, thank you.
