  1. Is CloneDvd and Anydvd availbale in any stores in the United States?I do not have a credit card and do not want to send cash to Europe.Tried reinstalling the ones on my harddrive after the trial period but I can't get them to work.Thanks.
Was considering getting Dvd X xCopy Platinum but heard it was buggy.

Nope. Online ordering from Germany (or wherever Slysoft is based for AnyDVD) only.

  4. I don't believe your options are the same. Anydvd lets you remove macrovision and region restrictions on the fly. This saves quite a bit of time.

  5. CloneDVD is worth the money in my opinion. It's final results are better(even when considering deep analysis in shrink) and allows you to burn movie only with menu's intact... IC8 does this too but takes quite a long time.

  6. Whatever you think about the different compressors... With AnyDVD loaded you can compress anything right off the disc w/o ripping to the hard drive. There is nothing else that gives you this functionality and freedom of choice for the processing or whatsoever you want to do.

    Recipe: Super-compatible DVD-R

    1) AnyDVD loaded
    2) DVD2One (or similar) to compress to hard disc
    3) Img Tool Classic to create ISO file
    4) Burn with DVD Decrypter

That rocks and IMHO this has never created any playability issues!

  7. Or .........

    AnyDVD
    Dvd2one
    CopyToDVD

Open Dvd2one, point it at the VIDEO_TS directory of the original DVD and tick the "Burn with CopyToDVD" option and choose your options.. i.e. Movie Only/Full Disk etc..

Using 4 X media (Riteks) ..... it takes me approx 30-45 mins from putting in the original , to collecting the burnt copy.

    You said "ass", huh huh.

Sorry, Beavis and Butthead were on the conversion list this week. Can't stop myself.

I like DVD2ONE for most things, DVDFAB for some, DVDSHRINK with deep analysis for a few others.
