  1. This has really got me confused.

    I captured an AVI and frameserved it (after editing out the commercials) to TMPGenc.

    I lost power to my computer, and after the reboot, went through the lengthy process of re-editing the AVI.

    Now, when frameserving to TMPGenc, the audio doesn't "travel" with the video.

    I can still play the original AVI in Media Player, and yes there is sound, but when I try to do anything else, it's like it doesn't exist.

    I've tried extracting the WAV from the AVI using VirtualDUB, but the resulting WAV is blank.

    Ugh.

    Try toload the original video into Gold Wave.
