    Why is it that when I demux or frameserv with DVD 2 AVI, the frame rate is 23fps?

    If you enabled FORCED FILM, it will play @ 23.976fps. Turn it off to get 29.97fps. When you choose DeMux in DVD2AVI, it will output a AC3 or MPA depending on your input file. You can DECODE that same file to WAV by choosing the DECODE option.
