  1. hi i have very bad sound when i capture from my vcr how do i remove the sound so i can run it through a wave editing program. o hope someone can help. also any recommendation on a good editing sound program? thanks

  2. Demux the audio portion. Get TMPGEnc (www.tmpgenc.com). It's free. Go to File->MPEG Tools and use simple demux to split out the audio to the harddrive.

    It'll save it as mpeg audio, which can be loaded using GoldWave32 (shareware). After editing this, you can save it in a variety of formats, including wav.
