iso buster and ripping mpg's

Does iso buster rip mpg's?
I keep getting these ibq files and nothing is there when I burn them as an image file.
I have a unfinalized disk and want the mpg's off the disk!

I can't believe it, I renamed the ibq to mpg and it played!!
I tried it before and it didn't work - no it is. YEA!!!
How can I take what iso buster gives me and burn it correctly?

You'll need to re-author the mpeg files with something like TDA .

Will ISOBuster give me a usable IFO file?
The mpg's I have are split and I want to join them seemlessly.
Doesn't the IFO file make them play seemlessly?

I doubt it. Since the un-finalized DVD is.....well.....un-finalized and not really a "DVD".
