  1. Anybody knows how to encode two audio tracks ( original language and dub) using SVCD ?
Reading the specs , I understand that SVCD can have two audio tracks and You can select the desired when see the movie but don´t teach how to make it.

  2. Hopefully, you are using bbMpeg 1.24b18 to mux your final files, right? If so, in the input/output files tab under settings, you'll notice a second audio field. Put your primary audio in the first audio track field and the secondary in the second audio track field.

I've done this several time. I'll usually get the normal audio track and encode it at 128kbs. If there is a commentary track, I'll encode it at 64kbs since it's usually voice over music and make that the audio #2. Very cool, however, you'll have to adjust your bitrate calculations if you are still trying to sqeeze them onto 2 discs.

the original soundtrack and when I want the dubbed soundtrack? This is a work for the player or is needed make
    something when authoring ??

You hit the audio button on your remote to toggle between languages. You cannot assing the languages to a button like with a dvd.
