  1. Is the application that will create menus without re-encode or modyfying my vobs at all.
DVD-Lab is almost what I want but it changed my subtitles to unreadable pink blob

Take a look here, it might help. Just skip the IFOEdit VOB creation part.

  3. Or do it by using DVD Lab to create dummy small films and replace with your own working VOBset afterwards.
    For one Film:
A Simple Menue - easy! which uses MyDVD but also works with DVD
    Lab
    For 1 or more VobSets:
Making a multiple VTS for a Menu produced with DVD Lab

    maa,

But this solution you proposed wouldn't work with scene selection menus... Would it?

  5. Interesting, I never use scene selection.
I'll look in to that, I guess it would mean a bit more editing to add the correct chapter numbers to a dummy chapter menu.

DVDLab has this great feature that allows you to generate automatically scene selection menus. Just one click and the menus are ready! I love it!
