    i am trying to do vcd to dvd using dvd lab and it keeps saying there is no aspect ratio on some movies, and it cant do them, does anyone know how i can fix this? cos i tried reencoding and it didnt make any difference, any help would be apreciated

    its ok, they work once burnt, just cant preview them in the program

    OK. DVD-Lab will kick the file out if you don't have a correct aspect ratio... it's pretty strict about it. What format did you encode to (Mpeg1? Mpeg2?) What did you use to encode it?

    DVD-lab also has a function in the compile DVD area to relax standards. Might want to try that, but realize that if you do this, the finished product may not work on a stand alone player.
