    ...DVD encoded in tmpgenc in looks fine but in faster motions are blurred, kind of slowed motions, I encoded in high bitrate (6000 average) and search precision high quality...I happens since I reinstall windows xp and changed to NTFS file system..maybe connected?...please help...

  2. Check to see if the "no motion search...half pixel" is checked under the "quantize matrix" tab. Unchecking this particular box may just solve your problem. Personally, I have never used it due to the description of exactly how it functions (more blurring at higher motion parts).
