    I am using an ATI Radeon 7500 capture card. I was getting excellent results capturing to MPEG-1 for VCD. All of a sudden my video is extremely pixelated. The settings have not changed and I have also captured to AVI and converted using several MPEG converters and still the same. Any ideas. Thanks.

    No slower processing that I have noticed. I have been capturing analog video for a year or so in mpeg-1 format. I took a break for a month or so and tried to capture from a digital camera with video out and first noticed it then. I can improve the quality by increasing the bitrate but of course that causes other problems. Could there be a problem with the OS?
