  1. Hi there

Well, everyone doesn't speek English as a native language so why couldn't there be an extra "plugin" in the program to add subtitles and/or better to add several subtitles to a movie. My own plus e.g English.

I asked around in several forums but they all say that the only way to do this is to create the bmp files in MaestroSBT for DVDmeastro and for that I need mpg files from the beginning not my vob files from SVCD2DVDMPG+. I know that there is also a solution to include the subtitle before is make the vob files, but that take alot of and, what I think, unnecessary waste of time.

I think it's a pitty not to use my donatet program all the way.

But I'm maybe the only person who think this way?

  2. well the idea is great, but you make it sound like chrissy owe it to you, but then again my english sucks so bad it could be miss understood like that=)

im shure every boddy have some feature thay would like to see in there, i have plenty, but i am happy with it as it is, and if enny new features come ill just get more than i paid for=)

it would be cool if it was automated so if the subs was named the same as the mpg“s "and in the future DivX" =) thay would get mixed in

  3. Hey,

SVCD2DVDMPG+ can make mpg file for you. What you need to do to get that is just not other a dvd but select create program stream. This will give you new mpgs with the right sound. And Meastro will also except elementry streams (.m2v and .mp2) and SVCD2DVDMPG+ can create these also.

If you make program or elementry streams you need to author the DVD yourself with maestro but you can include the subs then.

    Greatings,

  4. Hi again. I wasn't trying to be rude.

I just thought that if there were more people out there who have the same idea or need like me, that maybe this could make the progress of making "the great program" better.

There are several subtitlepages out there on the net and many of them have a couple of thousands downloads everyday. So people use subtitles thats for sure.

But again, I wasn't trying to be rude, just an idea for discussion.

    All ideas are welcome.

I want to get version 1.5 out of the door and then I'll get round to having a survey of what people would like to see.

As for subtitles - i don't know too much about them... but nor did i about dvds this time last year!
