    is there any tool or application than can convert from bluray to dvd include menus ?

    No. You could try multiavchd and see how much it includes but no menus.

    ok, if i convert only the movie to dvd
    what tool i've to use to get it out the menus ? so i can author it manually to dvd ?

    Either use tmpeg 4.0 or use megui to make a avs file and pipe it to hcenc and author the output wit dvdauthorgui
    if all else fails read the manual

    no, i mean , these blu-ray have menus right , i want to use this menus, i didn't want to make the new one
    what tools should i use, to get this menus ? hope you can understand what i mean

    There is no way to do a direct menu transfer. You will have to author a new menu. You can conver the subs and get the chapter info though
    if all else fails read the manual

    Bluray menus allow java programming, and a lot of interactivity that simply cannot be mimicked under the DVD specification. At some point someone might create a tool to convert a Bluray menu into a still DVD menu, but honestly, what does that really save you ?
