Hi,
Something which has baffled me for a little while now. Can anyone explain to me how DVDShrink(and others) does what it does in terms of transcoding/recoding/etc? How does it recompress files so quickly whereas encoding takes yonks. My initial thought was that it would cut out frames - a missing frame here and there would be not noticed. Is this correct?
Cheers,
feeras
