    i need somebody's help....i have looked everywhere to buy blank vcd's...i am STUMPED where to buy them...can someone please point be in the right direction to buy them...i have tried all the major retailers in my region...PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP THIS NEWBIE!!!

    Use a regular CD-R for your vcd's. There's no such thing as a "blank vcd"

    also, keep in mind, depending upon your DVD player, CDR media may not work. If your DVD player supports VCD playback, you might want to have a CDRW disc on-hand. (For 2 reasons).... First, to avoid wasting CDRs if you make a mistake (incorrect burning, incorrect MPEG encoding, etc.) and Secondly to play on a DVD player (some players capable of VCD playback cannot handle CDR... only manufactured VCDs and discs burned on CDRW).
