I am new to video capture & have a problem. I am using Ulead to capture & convert video. Capturing is no trouble but when I make a dvd my problem starts. I am ending up with a blank screen on the replay via tv after the title screen I make yet have perfect audio throughout.
When I test the original file on the computer everything works fine picture, audio, titles. Any help on what I am doing wrong would be appreciated. At the moment all I am doing is wasting dvd disks to get great audio.

    1. By a couple of DVD RWs so you aren't wasting discs while you learn. I keep 5- 10 on permenant rotation for testing and transfering video from my DVDR to the PC.

    2. Don't write directly to disc from your authoring tool. Always write to the HDD and test it from there first. If it works, then burn and play test on your standalone player.

    3. Give details in your posts. More detail than needed is far better than not enough. In this case, you need to include which Ulead product, and which version of that product, what you source files are (if theya re avi files that you didn't create yourself, use media inof or g-spot to find out what is in them), and any settings or presets you might have used.
