need help prog just won't work!!!!!!!!!

used this a few times now but when i start now it just flashes the black boxes up and thats it whole process take milli seconds i don't know whats wrong

vcdeasy to convert to mpeg files then
i use TMPGEnc to cut and merge my mpeg files
then put neww mpeg file in svcd2dvd+ and thats what is happening has any1 else had this problem?

Here are my 2 cents:

first did you try the proces with the origional mpgs? I'm not a great fan of merging cause of sync probs.

second which verions are you using of besweet? And did you update to the latest version of svcd2dvdmpg?
