Forgive my inexperience, but must one finalize a DVD-RAM disc recording before taking it out to play on another DVD-RAM playback compatible DVD Player? Or can you just take it out wherever you are in the process and will it play on a compatible player?
Thanks!

You don't need to finalize (at all) to playback on a capable DVD-RAM player.
