Disc won't load?

using decryptor and shrink and then burning with nero, looked everywhere I could and couldn't find this problem

Some discs -R load fine after doing it this way and then some discs will just sit and keep loading but will never play in my stand alone, and if I take that disc and put it in my portable player it will take time to load and when the movie starts playing the loading notice stays stuck in the middle of the screen like its still trying to load something but will play the movie.
Is there some file I am leaving out that I should be looking for that I'm not putting in?

As long as u take all the files (bup's, ifo's, vob's) that shrink outputs and put them into the VIDEO_TS folder that Nero provides in DVD-Video mode....it should be fine. My guess is that the problem is the media yer using.

Cheapo media can be flighty.
