convertx todvd won't load

(convertxtodvd transcoder) 0xc00d0bc5 transcoding error; convert transcoder not responding; convert x as encountered a problem and has had to close .when i try to open it i get the error.thanks any info on this . xbill

Try uninstalling convertxtodvd with the scrubber tool then reinstall. This tool will will completely remove any trace of VSO products from your system and allow you to start with a clean slate.... The tool is kind of old now but still worth a try.
