I have no clue what the hell happened, but I can not see anything on my CD
I have a lots of different stuff on it like drivers, programs, documents, pictures, etc and I can't see a damn thing. It looks like there is nothing on it. I tried 3 different computers with the same result. Is there a chance that I can restore this data somehow

Back when 321 Studios was still in business (they closed down after losing a lawsuit over DVD X Copy), I bought a program from them called CD X Rescue that does this kind of thing. You might try a search on something like
    CD recovery
and see what kind of matches you get. The program I bought works pretty well and I used it to successfully recover some audio files for a co-worker off of a damaged CD-R, so I'm sure you can find something similar for your needs. Perhaps others here can offer suggestions on programs that are still available for purchase to do this. I looked on Ebay and one guy is still selling CD X Rescue, but I don't know how many copies he has, so I'd advise you to buy this quick if you can't find another similar program elsewhere.

Cancel your order and use IsoBuster.

If all else fails, you may want to give this stuff a try:

That's just SnakeOil BS! Don't fall for that old trap.

Get a licensed version of Isobuster and try it in a number of different drives (some have better reading/errorcorrection methods and variance tolerances than others).

Neither. I remembered that somebody somewhere mentioned that they had a disc that was pretty much unreadable and they tried using Auric Illuminator and it made it readable again (I don't know how long it stayed readable however). If I had a valuable unreadable disc, I'd give it try too. Otherwise I don't like to put any substances on my pressed CD's in case I ever want to sell them.

good to see yet another member using his brain (even though it is apparently only related reasoning)
and my apologies for presuming youre one of the brainless masses majority

dissolving partially the clear see-through thickest part of the disc can help for plentifuly scratched disc only - assuming scratches aren't too deep, otherwise the snakeoil (as Cornucopia call it) wiould damage the thin data layer as well - thus making even more damage.
IMHO its probably just a nail polish remover with slightly less acetone
