Hello and welcome to Videohelp.com. A place where DVDShrink is known to be obsolete.

Try DVDFab HD Decrypter. There is a new version available on the Videohelp homepage. Also try turning off the capslock key. It usually considered impolite to only type in uppercase. That went out with the Apple][ a long time ago. Its called shouting. I sure did I like it when I modified my brother's Apple ][+ with the shift key mod. Real typing at last.

DVDShrink still works on many DVDs but it hasn't been updated in a long time. The creator has a real job now.

BTW - Your CAPS lock is stuck...

Redundancy errors, particularly of the CRC variety, sometimes occur when there's something wrong with the actual disc. It may not be the title after all.

A job? Wow. Something alot of showerless, socially inept geeks/nerds living in Mommy's basement should look into.
I hate VHS. I always did.

Now, now you are posting on a geek site yourself.

He apparently is working for Ahead. Its not an accident that Nero Recode looks a great deal like DVDShrink.

Then try the suggestions that have already been made.

You have one less problem though. Your caps lock key isn't stuck.

Yes indeed and the resemblance is no coincidence IMO either. And more power to him. Sounds like he's doing well.

My point in general is that being a marketer by trade in this industry I see things differently. Don't get me wrong, the engineers, devs, coders, etc are the brightest people in the world. But they would stink (no pun intended) at anything else. They would have to dumb down a notch to do my job, or pretty much anything else from being so absorbed with all the code floating around in their heads...

I personally get annoyed when a troubleshooting guide tells me something lame like "Make sure your disc is clean. It may be due to dust, ...." blah blah blah.

I mean, don't you get irked by this cheap filler stuff when you're reading?

But this case could be genuine. A (CRC) redundancy error occurs many times because there is indeed something wrong with the disc - like dust or a scratch, etc. and the laser is having problems reading it. This would be one time where it would be worth grabbing that disc cloth. Worth a try.
