I was deinterlacing an episode of a anime series until i came across this issue.

Now seen from the image above, there seem to jumpy lines around the deinterlacing (I think the "Jumpy Lines" has a name, i just don't remember it from the top of my head)
When I tried fixing this problem, all the deinterlacers has this same issues with the jumpy lines, and it has nothing to do with the interlacing itself since its a 1080i JPTVclub/TVRip, so the interlacing is perfectly fine.
The deinterlacer that worked best is TDeint Smart Field Match Bobbing but even so it makes the video more blury and slight line jumping.

The only deinterlacer I haven't tried yet, is QTGMC and that is because I'm not experienced with the plugin (yet), and I haven't really gotten to learn about the plugin with all the huge batch of filters. So QTGMC should fix the issue (right?) but with or without QTGMC, i'd just want to fix this really annoying problem.

If anyone can help me out with the issue, it'll be a huge help.
Thank you for reading this.

You should attach a video sample (max 500mb) here so the experts can take a look.

Still in beta, but here is my collection of AVISynth filters and plugins for 64bit QTGMC:
https://www.aaproductions.net/avisynth.htm#xl_HeadingAnchor:580V0zH
Unzip the plugins package to find the various folders containing the plugins.
Since you already have AVISynth installed, I would make a copy (or temporarily rename) of your current plugins folders so my collection doesn't mess up yours.
The hardest part is finding and working out what version of each plugin; I have done that so all you need to do is drop the plugin files into your plugins folders.
