Please advise me how to combine, if it can be done automatically, short subtitles lasting 0,01sec with the following line. See sshot.
I can't discover anywhere if this is possible.
Thank you very much for the advice.

  2. Your clip looks similar to a problem I had that came from using Youtube where lines were repeated.
Videohelp provided a link that worked.

Here is the thread and in that gives the link to the Youtuber who described how to fix it in detail:

    the how to is here:

  3. Subtitle Edit has quite a few options for merging lines.
Under the Tools menu "merge lines with same text" might be an option, otherwise under Options/Settings/Shortcuts there's quite a few merging choices. You need to create a shortcut key for the ones you want to use. There's also a right click menu option when you high-light a bunch of subtitles "merge selected lines" . One of those options will hopefully do it. I haven't used them much myself.

Yes, this is exactly the case with youtube subtitles. The tutorial isn't exactly clear, at least not for me. It looks like it only applies to the my own subtitles I want to edit...
I'll take a good look at it.
Thanks a lot for the help

I've tried every possibility of joining, editing, or correcting in this case. Nothing worked. I refuse to do it by hand, otherwise I'll give up.
    Thanks for the response
