Built a small Premiere Pro panel called Shortcutter. It sits next to the timeline and one-clicks a handful of setup tasks I kept doing manually on every project: adding adjustment layers, letterbox bars, laying out audio tracks, that kind of thing.

It's a paid panel (CEP-based, works on current Premiere versions), not freeware, so wanted to say that upfront. $12 right now during an early bird window (normally $19, first 50 buyers), then back to full price.
