I've been having problems with my capture card for a couple of days now.I bought about 7 months ago and this is my first problem.Every time I try to capture it either reboots my pc , shuts off the monitor, or captures and leaves a green ban across the video file. I have reinstalled the card software and also windows xp.Nothing seems to be working at this point.

    prettysmile,

I saw a similar post on the 9600 within the last month or so. From what I remember, they kept most current Catalyst package, but, used MMC 8.7 instead of the current (9.2?) to correct the issue.

Currently, I'm using the latest Catalyst and MMC 8.9 with my 9600xt with no issues.
    Have a good one,

    neomaine

    Thanx for the link!

Just in case this does not work, can any of you tell me how I would find out if it is a power supply problem?
