The Movie gets freeze on the 10th chaper

I had success burning and playing a vcd with chapters burned with CDRWIN, but it freezed in the 10th chapter when playing in the dvd. why? help me please!
(the mpg is not corrupted, ok? it only freez when i add chapters)

Well, i dont know what examples i can give. just, i play the movie on the dvd, and press the >> button, and it gows to the next chapter, and repit this process, and when im on the 9th chapter and i click >> again, it get freeze
Im using a kind of XVCD, my vcd is a movie in one cd, (2hours), encoded in 610kbit/sec, maybe this is something with it??? when i play it on the dvd, the counter is freak, when the movie is at 10 minutes of the movie, in the counter only show 5minutes.. ???? ¬_¬

It being an XVCD may have something to do with it.
