    Simple question...

    Can you use a regular VHS tape to record DVHS material ( like how you can use plain old 8mm tapes on D8 )?

    At the bottom of the page. According to JVC, it is not recommended to use regular VHS or S-VHS tapes for D-VHS recording. It may or may not work. Has anyone tried?
