    does any one know of a simple way to convert my 2 disc vcd to 1 dvd disc???

    Hello,

    Use isobuster to convert dat to mpg if its in that format. Then use tmpgenc dvd author to make the dvd.

    Try Just AQdding the *.dat files that are the movie into tmpgenc DVD Author, it will convert the Audio and author the DVD. That is what I've been doing and it seems that it'll let you add the files straight off of the VCD.

    However of course YMMV
