I have an ATI Radeon AIW 32MB DDR and I am capturing video (both TV and from an analog camcorder) directly to their MPEG scheme (.mp2 file extenstion) for eventual burning to DVD. The capture works great. The difficult part is the editing of the file afterwords.
I can load the file into MSP 6.5 (Trial Edition) and edit it. However, after I've rendered edited file into a DVD formatted MPEG2 file, the audio is all screwed. The audio seems to have been slowed down by a factor of 3-4. I don't understand why. Is it because I am using a trial version of the software? If I go from AVI to MPEG, the audio is fine.
Should I use a different editing suite? Any help is appreciated as I can't capture AVI files over the 4GB limit.
Thanks,
JP
