How to author a DVD with mutiple chapters & play continu

Hi All, I am not very good in my words and hope you can understand what I meant on the following. I have converted some files and got the below :

VTS_01.0.BUP
VTS_01.0.IFO
VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
VTS_02.0.BUP
VTS_02.0.IFO
VTS_02_1.VOB
VTS_02_2.VOB
VTS_03.0.BUP
VTS_03.0.IFO
VTS_03_1.VOB
VTS_03_2.VOB

You can see they are actually 3 chapters and after doing a search in the forum and "How DO" Guide, I came to a conclusion that inorder to play all these chapter on a DVD PLayer, I need a VIDEO_TS.IFO File and was recommended a software called "DVDFab" . It works great !! Unfortunately, it only played the first chapter and repeat the 1st chapter after it ended, it did not continue to the 2nd chapter. I cannot press the "Next" Button also to go to the Next chapter and inorder to go to the next chapter, I need to press the "2" button on the Remote Control.

What my qs is, how to I make it play continuosly to chapter 2, then chatper 3 and stop or loop back to chapter 1 and so on.

I do not need fancy title/menu and hope there is a easiet way to do it. I read many forum and guides and most of them are so complicated and confusing. Hope someone has some idea to help me.

Thanks for the help. Mmmm But that's not what I want. I used to do it but then I will lost the individual chapter whereby Vobedit will like combine them together and split them according to the size and I will like have first part of chapter 2 in chapter 1 while 2nd part of chp 2 together with chapter 3.

You are a bit confused. The example shown has 3 titlesets not 3 chapters - thats why your Next chapter button won't work to jump to next titleset. One possible fix is to use dvdShrink in reauthor mode then play will go from titleset 1 to 2 etc. You will still run into a problem on the Next chapter button on last chapter of current titleset. Use Addchapter program to create tiny final chapter then it will work as you want.

In that case, add post commands to jump to the next chapter, with IfoEdit.

Hi Thanks. I downloaded DVD Shrink, unfortunately when I try to open the file, it said "DVD Shrink encounter an error and cannot continue and said that my VTS_01_2.VOB is a invalid date in file.

I can play it on the pc and so there shouldn't be a problem. So, where goes wrong ??
