How do you make your vcd from the svcd source?
Is the mpeg that you create in sync before you burn it to disk?
Does the vcd play in sync on your computer?

    2. how do i find out if mpeg is in sync?

    3. yes, movie plays in sync on my computer as svcd..but once i burn the svcd as vcd to cd-r and try to play on dvd player or my comp..it is out of sync....

by the way, i tried using tmpcodec or whatever its called and it wouldnt open..even after troubleshooting and making changes in settings....
