I was just trying to burn my first dvd but having problems. I captured, edited and authored my project using WinDVD creator, selected to burn on CD with no problem. When I tried the same and then burn to DVD, the program rendered it into movie format ok, but when it was in the process of formatting the DVD it stalls. I tried using both a -R and a +R but get the same results. Basicly the progress line shows it's completed but don't go to the burn level. I let it go overnight just to be sure but still nothing.
Does this make sense to anyone here?
btw, after a few tries of this I did get an error once that only said "there was some error" that was it.

Thanks for any support on this

  2. I got the same error when I tried to burn a dvd. Did you ever find a solution to this error? Intervideo's website and support are useless.

Same here...Thought upgrading to Platimum version would cure that...no help. Platinum version crashed big time on my XP machine 3.0/1gig.
Started to make movie, about 1 minute in, crash. Called tech support and they had no idea. Offered to refund my money...took the offer.

Other than that...This is the best Capture/edit/author/burn package I've seen. Hope they fix the problem. I would definately buy it then.
