I'm using TMPEnc DVD Author to create a DVD. One of the Mpeg files is too loud. Can I lower the volume of that particular file?

TMPGEnc DVD Author will not normalize audio. You can either use TMPGEnc (the encoder) to do so or demux the audio from the video and use an audio processor such as Goldwave or CoolEdit.

Thank you. I d/l and unzipped TMPEnc, but how do I use it to normalize the audio? Is it in the tools?

Click "Setting" button.
Click "Audio" tab.
Click "Setting" button in "Audio edit" section. -
I tried loading the video source and/or audio source but it prompts with "File "..." can not open, or unsupported. I don't understand what format should they be? They're already in Mpeg 2 format. The same files I use with TMPGEnc DVD Author.
