    i was wondering how u remove lines from a file i got a mpeg 2 file and throughout it theres lines like horizontal lines that come up ever so often it looks like little crackles and was just wondering can u get rid of these

    It's called INTERLACE ... look it up ... you're NOT supposed to get rid of it.
