I have a short DVD mpg file with ac3 sound.
I need to extract and convert the ac3 to pcm and then put this back with the video to one mpg file.
Using TMP+ I've managed to demux the vid and audio and convert the ac3 to wav. But when I try and put them back together, it creates two seperate files, one for the video and one for the audio.
How can I create one simple mpg file with the sound converted to pcm?
Am i using the wrong software?
Many Thanks

If your goal is to write it back to DVD, just open it in TMPGEnc DVD Author, click on "Settings", and you can change the audio format that will be on the VOB.Originally Posted by KevMull

It's for an short animated menu sequence and TMP Author will only allow for pcm (or mp2) and from one file for both the pic and sound.

OK, in TMP it's now saying 'Multiplexing PCM Stream to System Stream Not Supported'. I've tried all the different 'Type' settings.
