ughhh...alright, new problem.
I have a new page open and I inserted a photo gallery into it...inserted photos, typed text, etc.
When I try to save the page I get: "To save this page and photo gallery, open a Frontpage based web site and save to that site."
What does THAT say? Can't I save it as a regular html file? I can't close Frontpage for fear of losing my work....

If your site is only 2mb in size total and your expected traffic load is only going to be small - medium then I think 10GBs of bandwidth will be enough.
I would go for around that amount then after the first couple of months you will be able to average out your bandwidth use and make the adjustments needed.
I'm not sure about your other question (photo gallery and saving) as I don't use Frontpage that much or that feature at all. Perhaps look on the Microsoft Knowledge base for an answer.
