I am converting a PAL DVD to NTSC VCD. I am having trouble with the audio stream conversion. What is the best program to use to convert the .wav file? Should I convert it to .mp2 first or .ac3? I have BeSweetGUI, but I can't seem to figure out how to use it for the PAL to NTSC conversion.
