Just a guess.
Running TMPGEnc version 12J only completes first file of multiple batch conversion.
I started with with typical AVI and did a "Add" to batch and save as MPG on 3 different movies. After first movie completed, TMPGEnc shut down and turned itself off. First move converted and completed just fine.
Did I do something wrong?

Yep, only the first one converted. Didn't over write anything. I tried this twice. Same thing happened each time. When I came back I noticed TMPGEnc wasn't running at all. Wasn't in the Task Manager either.
