    Using virtualdub to split an avi...loose sound or sound out of sync....was able to split 1 avi ok but rest i keep messing up on....needs to be split into 3 avi's....video looks good but sound always out of sync...comp is atholon and hd has been defraged...plenty of computer so thats not prob...any suggestions ??

    check the original avi for bad frames, known as freeze frames.

    Try "vdub-mp3-freeze.exe"
