I am using the new Ulead DVD MovieFactory software to capture video from my Sony TVR130 camcorder. I was trying to capture about 13 seconds of video and everything seems to be going great until about the 7 second mark. The picture in the Ulead Toolbox preview screen starts to stutter and skip. The audio goes flakey. No matter what I tried to capture, this happened. Is there a setting I need to change? I'm not sure here.

    I am using Windows/98SE, 700Mhz, 128 DRAM, 40gb hard drive.

    Thanks in advance...

  2. Sorry dude, never used the program but haven't you had a lot of problems trying to get the capture (for the camcorder) to work? If I'm confusing you with someone else sorry. A friend told me that Sony has teamed up with Pinnicle and has released a program (and card?) designed for the sony minidv camcorders, it could save a lot of grief, or at the very least give you someone to really yell at. I saw it on line at B&H photo and at compusa.

Yes I have had problems in the past. This was the first time I was actually able to get a capture program to at least TRY to get my video. So I look at it as a step in the right direction. The video looks great but just sort of stops and sputters about half-way through. I'll keep plugging and thanks for the info.
