    Hi all,
    it's sound a little bit stupid but i would like make a 10 sec movie mpeg2 from a picture but i have strictely no idea how. Can someone help me?
    My objective is to insert at the end of the part one of my movie a text to indicate that's the sequel is on the second disk.
    I don't want make it through the use of a menu.

    If you have any common editors (Ulead etc). you just
    drop a picture on the timeline and stretch it.

    Avisynth can do it too

    believe it or not VCD easy does it directly to MPG2
