how do i make a copy of a dvd+r movie burnt with instantcopy

i made a backup of a dvd onto dvd+rw using instant copy and had to compress about 15% of the movie and now i just want to make a exact copy of the dvd+rw onto dvd+r using instant copy or dells sonic my dvd plus that came with the computer. thanks in advance

try copying it to your hard drive then burning it to your +r.
