  1. Just got the new Disney movie Old Dogs and trying to make a back up copy with no sucess. I am using DVDfab 6.2.1.8 (latest version) and only get message "To open this disk, you need buy or renew "DVDFab DVD to DVD", or you can wait for new version of DVDFAb HD Decrypter". There isn't a newer version to buy, so I don't understand what to do now. I haven't had any problems with any of my other DVD's in the past with DVDFab and I've used it for several years now. Please advise how I can make a backup copy of Old Dogs or am I destined to once again purchase new DVD coping software.

Purchase new? You didn't purchase DVDFab in the first place. If you had purchased it
you would be able to copy the movie(provided the makers of DVDFab came up with
a solution to Old Dogs already).

The purchase was made several years (3 or 4 years now) ago now and it was call DVD Decrypter or DVD Gold or something like that back then several versions ago, it's now called DVDFAB 6.2.1.8. I've been able to always download the latest and greatest since then with success. It could be that DVDFab just hasn't updated the software for the new movie Old Dogs and I just have to wait. Worse case I buy upgraded software so I can continue to copy my DVD's, I just want to make sure it lasts for a while and doesn't require buying new every year.
