I've been given a VCD that runs okay if I load the file using mediaplayer on my PC, but when I try to play it in any DVD player that should run VCD's it just tells me it's a VCD then comes up with a Disk Error.
I've tried to re-burn the DAT file onto a new disk using Roxio Easy CD Creater 5, though it tells me the source file is an Unsupported Format, it still lets me play the film within the application though again once I've burned it the DVD player tells me there is a disk error.
How do I find out what type of format it is and then convert it to one I can use?
