  1. okay, after encoding in TMPGenc the mpg came out and i played it and the audio wasn't synched with the video.

is there anyway of synching them back together?
could i use bbmpeg with the seperate m2v and mp2 files to synch them?

suggestions please. and i don't wanna convert again. i've done it like 7 times.

    thx.

If you have I-Author, when muxing the video back with the audio you can adjust the start times there. That works if the audio is out of sync at a consistant rate from the video.

If you are planning on authoring some other way, you can use Womble MPG2VCR. It to can spread the audio and video in attempts to realign them.

If the a/v gradually gets worse and worse, there may be a way of re-syncing but you might have to redo the MPG again. This time change your audio sampling frequency (ie. from 48kHz to 44.1kHz or vice-versa).

Hope this was of some help.

  3. ok well i muxed the mp2 and m2v files with 'I-Author for SVCD' and delayed the video. Now I got a MPS file format. What can I do with that?

Can I burn it straight off? Or must i convert it with I-Author and if so, how would I? Could someone please help me because this MPS file format is really confusing me since it says the format of the MPS is a SVCD Track File.

    Comments please. Thanks.
