  1. I am using MyDVD and have made some DVD's and am quite pleased with the results. There are two things I want to do and I don't see any way of doing them. I am building a product catalog with stills and videos of the products.

I want to add text to the page describing the company and products. Lots of DVD movies have Bio pages and I want to do something simular. I could create a graphic with the text and then use it as a background image but that seems silly. It should be quite easy to add a text box and type in some text.

The other thing I would like to do is add order forms to the DVD that could be viewed when put into a computer. This also seems really simple but I don't see any features to do so.

Does anybody have any ideas or products that would let me do either of these? It is not critical so I am not willing to pay much over $100 for this.

Well, you could just set up a menu with your text, and a "next" button if you run off the screen...

as for order forms, I would create HTML pages or PDF docs, and a little splash screen to get to them, and include them as dvd-rom content on the disc. I think there's a guide here somewhere about adding data extras to a disc, you might try a forum search.

  3. The problem is that you are using Sonic MyDVD. This is very limited in its menu creation process, as you are basically stuck with the templates. You need to get a more full featured app, something like DVD-it, or Ulead, or better still DVD-lab
