    I like it. I'm not crazy about the NeoDVD software that it comes with, and I'm not crazy about the quality of captures direct to mpeg.

    But capping to avi and converting, quality is excellent, and the card is not hard to install or configure.

    I've had good results with iuVCR for capturing with this card.

    all in all, a pretty good deal... especially if you find it with a fat rebate.
